A supplement of $250 per month can be provided to purchase individual insurance. Role Overview This is a hands‑on senior accounting role supporting a production‑driven manufacturing environment. The position is designed to own day‑to‑day accounting execution, ERP integrity, and process improvement while freeing up time for the Controller. This is not a traditional Accounting Manager role and is not a pure FP&A; or pricing strategy position. It is best suited for a Senior Accountant or CPA‑track professional who is robust operationally, comfortable working alongside production teams, and focused on accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement. The facility operates 24/7. This role works standard business hours but supports a business that runs continuously, requiring responsiveness and strong coordination with operations. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting & Compliance Full‑cycle accounting including bank and credit card reconciliations Month‑end close, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Cost accounting and inventory control HST/GST and sales tax filings AP/AR oversight and review Support year‑end close, audits, and external advisors Maintain accurate financial records and supporting schedules ERP,
