As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage complex searches and candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle. This 12-month contract includes pipeline development, resume review, prescreening, interviews, offer negotiation, and recruiting process compliance. The position is based in Brampton, Concord, Edmonton, or Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop pipelines for multiple complex searches
- Mine databases and use recruiting platforms
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and recommend next steps
- Extend and negotiate job offers
- Ensure recruiting practices follow policies and regulations

Requirements:

- At least two years of recruiting experience
- Experience in transportation or trade-based environments
- Human Resources degree or equivalent preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal flexibility
