Lead pipe yard operations and customer pickups while coordinating warehouse activities from Aerotek’s fully onsite Vaughan location.

The Warehouse Lead Hand supports the supervisor across indoor warehouse and outdoor pipe yard environments. You will assist counter staff and customers, locate and prepare orders, and coordinate accurate loading. The role also covers inbound and outbound discrepancies, MTR/CRN records, TSSA documentation, and operational problem-solving. Effective communication supports training and handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with pipe pickup requirements
- Locate, prepare, and load accurate customer orders
- Report corrections for pipe yard inventory discrepancies
- Enter MTR/CRN records accurately into the database




- Resolve receiving and picking operational issues

Requirements:

- Understanding of MTR/CRN documentation and pick processes
- Solid attention to inventory and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication for guidance, training, and feedback
- Problem-solving skills supporting smooth warehouse operations
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors around pipe products
