Requirements:

- Three-plus years in healthcare or wellness clinic administration
- Two or more years using Jane in a clinic
- Knowledge of scheduling, booking changes, and invoicing
- Calm phone manner during busy, back-to-back calls
- Comfort with calendars, phone systems, email, and clinic software
