Monitor safety performance and corrective actions as an HSE Advisor supporting FLINT’s construction, maintenance, fabrication, and environmental services.

In this HSE Advisor position, you provide expert guidance and coordinate the Health, Safety, and Environment function. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you help ensure operations align with company policies and regulatory standards. Your focus includes accurate safety statistics, inspections, investigations, subcontractor compliance, and practical training for management and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure activities align with HSE standards and core values
- Support management and crews during safety training
- Participate in incident investigations and client meetings
- Report safety performance and maintain statistics
- Work with managers on corrective actions

Requirements:

- NCSO skilled certification required
- CRST or CRSP designation is an asset
- Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and audit tools
- Alberta Partnerships Certificate of Recognition experience
- Internal Auditor certification considered an asset
