Manage online survey research operations for GMO Research & AI’s Asia Cloud Panel, overseeing field performance, sampling, cost ratios, and quality. Scheduling varies.

As Project Manager, you will manage quantitative research across a multi-country research network supporting US clients. You will monitor completes, incidence rate, length of interview, screen-outs, and quota-filled targets while coordinating vendors and same-shift PM partners. Success requires proactive troubleshooting, documentation, and adherence to global processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor fieldwork performance against client specifications and standards
- Track cost ratios and optimize field efficiency proactively
- Tune quotas and adjust sampling to meet targets
- Learn advanced pre-screeners, mega quotas,



and automatic sampling
- Follow global processes and maintain project accountability

Requirements:

- Three or more years of end-to-end quantitative study management
- Robust command of planning, monitoring, risk, and delivery
- Familiarity with online survey and data collection platforms
- Ability to work independently within a global team
- Flexibility for an eight-hour day between 08:00 and 21:00
