Lead demand and supply planning for Lenovo’s ISG portfolios across Europe and META from Farnborough, using forecasting and inventory expertise. Hybrid working model 3:2.

As a senior planning qualified, you will align customer demand, inventory strategy, supply availability, and business objectives. The role requires demand forecasting, scenario planning, risk management, and advanced Excel. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders across regions. You will also support governance, strategic initiatives, process improvements, automation, and planning capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead demand and supply planning for assigned ISG product portfolios
- Develop forecasts using market, sales, and supply chain insights
- Balance inventory, customer requirements, revenue, and operational risks




- Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews across Europe and META
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans supporting business continuity

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, analytics, finance, or related field
- Five or more years’ demand or supply planning experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and complex data analysis skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrix environments
