As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will identify meaningful AI value for patients, clinicians, and partners, then guide delivery across a product domain. The scope includes strategy, executive alignment, metrics, prioritization, and mentoring. OpenLoop’s infrastructure connects telehealth clinicians, payers, pharmacies, labs, EHRs, patient support, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find valuable AI applications for patients and clinicians
- Ship AI features with evaluations and ongoing monitoring
- Set domain direction and communicate a compelling narrative




- Stay close to partners, clinicians, and patients
- Mentor PMs and improve planning, writing, and shipping

Requirements:

- 10+ years of product management experience
- Shipped AI-powered features and measured model quality
- Daily use of AI tools in product work
- Experience setting strategy and influencing executives
- Healthcare, digital health, or regulated-domain experience preferred
