Join Spring Living Retirement Communities as a Senior Financial Analyst to impact the financial well-being of multiple retirement homes. This role is focused on strategic financial insights and reporting.Positioned within the financial operations team and reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will oversee financial activities for a selection of retirement residences.



You'll work closely with site leadership to provide comprehensive financial analysis and support for informed decision-making across communities in Ontario and Quebec.Key Responsibilities:Manage full month-end closure for assigned residencesCreate accurate monthly financial statements and documentationReview and clarify monthly financial results with leadershipEnsure adherence to accounting compliance and controlsAid in the integration of newly acquired communitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting2-4 years of accounting or finance backgroundExperience in full-cycle financial report creationCPA designation or pursuit thereof considered an assetAdvanced Excel proficiency and Yardi experience preferredUtilize your robust finance skills to enhance operational effectiveness and support Spring Living's mission of exceptional senior care.
