Zodiac Light Waves is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our sales team. This is an inside, sales-support role. You'll keep our CRM accurate and up to date, prepare quotes, review tenders and RFPs, and help make sure no lead, deal or deadline slips through the cracks.Our clients are mostly retirement homes, long-term care communities, healthcare organizations and commercial businesses. We provide IT, networking, Wi-Fi, phone systems, nurse call, CCTV, access control and managed technology services. This role suits someone who's organized, enjoys the detail work behind a sale, and wants to grow in the technology sector.What You'll DoCRM and pipeline managementKeep leads, contacts, accounts and deals up to date in Zoho CRMUpdate deal stages, notes, next steps and follow-up dates so the pipeline stays accuratePrepare pipeline and activity reports for the sales teamSpot stalled deals or overdue follow-ups and flag them to the teamQuotes and proposalsGenerate quotes using our pricing, bills of materials and design informationCheck quotes for accuracy before they go outHelp put together proposals, pulling in scope, pricing and supporting documentsTrack sent quotes and follow up on their statusTender and RFP reviewReview tenders, RFPs and RFQs, and pull out key requirements, deadlines,
