The Service Consultant provides professional service to clients operating small to mid-sized commercial businesses in specific segments. Reporting to the Supervisor, Small Business Solutions, you will manage client files, support retention, and develop relationships with insurance carriers and colleagues. Detail orientation and problem-solving skills are central to building solid client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process renewals and endorsements across assigned client files
- Cross sell within an existing portfolio of business
- Use EPIC activity codes and labeling procedures correctly




- Follow SBS procedures to serve new and existing clients
- Forward new opportunities to other organizational business lines

Requirements:

- RIBO license is required
- Two to three years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Self-motivation with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education asset
