This opportunity suits a Licensed Insolvency Trustee with strong advisory capabilities and consumer insolvency experience. The work combines debtor consultations, file administration, regulatory communication, and client service. You will contribute to a national team approach while developing colleagues and supporting high performance, accountability, empowerment, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain quality under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
- Apply firm risk policies to consumer insolvency files
- Provide responsive, proactive service to clients
- Communicate through reports,



meetings, and Court attendance
- Contribute to national collaboration and team development

Requirements:

- Licensed Insolvency Trustee and CIRP credentials
- One to five or more years of relevant experience
- Robust technical expertise and professional advisory capabilities
- Passion for coaching and team development
- Understanding of performance indicators and financial reporting
