Keep CMH systems reliable through VMware, Windows Server, backups, and network monitoring. This hands-on role is based in Banff and includes remote-site travel.

The Systems Administrator takes ownership of servers, storage, infrastructure changes, and operational support for CMH. You will analyze performance data, plan repairs or replacements, and support disaster recovery operations. The role also includes technical mentorship, occasional on-call work, and field-program assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure server, network, and endpoint hardware
- Monitor networks using PRTG and analyze system performance
- Manage VMware virtualization and Windows Server administration
- Support cloud-based and on-premise disaster recovery




- Implement infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle refreshes

Requirements:

- Experience with server and network hardware installation
- Experience with VMware virtualization and Windows Server administration
- Knowledge of backup management and disaster recovery
- Full Class 5 driving license
- Ability to travel to remote CMH locations approximately six weeks yearly

Use infrastructure monitoring, virtualization, and recovery expertise to support CMH users, systems, and remote mountain operations.
