Support construction quality at Toronto Pearson with QA/QC documentation, field verification, and communication across Mississauga project offices and airside zones.

As PACT delivers the Accelerator program, the Quality Coordinator assists the Quality Manager with assurance activities in the Airfield Electrical & Civil Sub-Program. You will coordinate records between subcontractors, engineering, and site teams while checking work against standards, designs, codes, and ESA requirements. Robust organization, computer skills, and attention to detail are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate QA/QC documentation between project stakeholders
- Conduct field verification against drawings and standards
- Participate in internal quality audits and vendor reviews




- Prepare quality reports and inspection documentation
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Three to five years in industrial or infrastructure quality coordination
- Minimum three years of Canadian industrial experience
- Familiarity with ESA requirements and quality documentation
- Strong MS Office, SharePoint, or QMS tools experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
