Manage accounting transactions supporting Birchwood, Manitoba’s largest automotive retailer, with daily deposits, POS postings, and clearing account reconciliations.

As an AP & AR Advisor, you will contribute to Birchwood’s complete payables and receivables cycle. The position covers invoice processing, vendor dealings, cheque request monitoring, and deposit administration. Weekly and monthly reviews help maintain accurate, robust financial records for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently
- Post daily deposits and point-of-sale transactions
- Reconcile clearing accounts and vendor statements
- Monitor internal cheque requests and address vendor matters




- Review accounts and maintain robust records

Requirements:

- Detailed, organized approach with proven time management
- Critical thinking for problem-solving situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other applications
- Exceptional communication skills in team-oriented work
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required
- CDK experience considered an asset
