Bring Adobe Illustrator skills to Harbour Air’s Vancouver marketing team through hybrid campaign support, design production, and content updates.

As an entry level Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will support Harbour Air’s brand, products, and public relations. This full time temporary contract is based in the Commercial department, with office hours typically 9 AM to 5 PM. The hybrid schedule includes three office days and two remote days each week. Related marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or design experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce design assets for signage, collateral, and digital content
- Adapt materials for Harbour Air bases and marketing needs
- Support sales and marketing campaigns across web and email




- Coordinate printing, packaging, and shipment of materials
- Maintain photo and marketing asset libraries

Requirements:

- Degree studies in marketing, communications, business, design, or related fields
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with accuracy
- Canva experience supports efficient content creation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute innovative ideas
