As the Hospitality Human Resources Business Partner, you will advise leaders on performance, conflict resolution, investigations, discipline, and terminations. You will also support engagement, retention, organizational development, and positive workplace culture. The role requires confidentiality, discretion, and service-oriented relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary HR support to the Hospitality Division
- Advise leaders through sensitive employee relations matters
- Support onboarding, orientation, retention, and recognition initiatives




- Apply HR policies and employment legislation consistently
- Manage complex employee relationships with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive HR advisory experience
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Advisor
- Solid coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to protect confidential employee and organizational information
- CPHR designation or progress toward designation is an asset
