Support Edmonton’s Canora Community Impact Centre through staff leadership, program facilitation, and compassionate crisis response during winter operations.

As Winter Warming Lead with The Mustard Seed, you will lead staff and volunteers across assigned shifts. Reporting to the Site Lead, you will help create a protected and welcoming community. The position includes referrals, advocacy, relationship-building, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide staff and volunteers in daily centre operations
- Encourage positive lifestyle and behavioral changes
- Refer guests to organizational and community services
- Advocate for guests with agencies and partners
- Debrief incidents and escalate concerns when necessary

Requirements:

- Knowledge of community development and resilience initiatives
- Experience supporting diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges
- Self-direction and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
