You will interpret customer requirements, refine documentation, and provide practical recommendations using software tools. Collaboration spans customers and internal Sales, Production, and Applications teams across Vancouver, Toronto, and Gaspé. The role also involves product knowledge, technical support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
