You will work in a Banking Centre within the Personal and Business Banking team. The position focuses on understanding client needs, delivering comprehensive retail banking solutions, and connecting clients with appropriate partners. You will also build relationships through outreach, networking, and community banking centre events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on personal and business financial priorities
- Deliver comprehensive retail banking offers
- Build networks and deepen existing client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities through outbound client calls
- Participate in community and banking centre events

Requirements:

- Two to three years of client financial advice experience
- Sales results achieved through advice-based conversations
- Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
- Eligibility to meet CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Use relationship building, financial planning, and business development skills to support CIBC clients and banking communities.
