Manage fleet availability and transportation schedules for ATCO Structures in La Prairie, Quebec. This full time permanent position is performed in-office.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help keep rental equipment moving efficiently from planning through collection. Your work includes regional lease fleet management, vendor capacity updates, inventory counts, and route coordination. You will also prepare transportation documents, support equipment service activities, and respond to client or Sales requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to Sales requests about equipment availability
- Prepare weekly and monthly fleet counts and layouts
- Coordinate delivery and collection schedules for rental items
- Evaluate vendors using budget, capacity,



and schedule factors
- Complete inventory reconciliation and required CRM entries

Requirements:

- Two to four years of logistics or supply chain experience
- English and French bilingual communication skills
- Preferred education in business, supply chain, or commerce
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Cooperative approach with diverse teams and positive relationships
