Help residents participate in exercise, crafts, outings, and social activities with peopleCare as a Resident Life Enrichment Aide.

This position supports group and individual life enrichment programs designed around residents’ physical, psychological, social, recreational, and spiritual needs. You will assist with feeding, transportation, activity setup, and resident monitoring. The role reports to the Director of Programs and functions under direct supervision while maintaining required records and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with assigned group and individual enrichment programs
- Prepare activity areas for scheduled resident programming
- Transport residents to programs and meals
- Monitor resident behavior and condition during activities
- Report participation and changes to registered staff

Requirements:

- Progressive related experience of one year
- Two year diploma in Recreation and Leadership or equivalent
- Six months in the job to reach competency
- Compliance with protected work practices and guidelines
- Participation in relevant required education

Use recreation and resident-support experience to help deliver meaningful programming and monitor changing resident needs.
