As Lead Hand, Heavy Equipment Shop Technician, you will service a particular Caterpillar equipment and components line in the shop. The work includes planning, troubleshooting, repairing, and preparing customer service reports. You will oversee assigned technicians, help diagnose challenges, identify parts conflicts, and communicate findings to supervisors while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, troubleshoot, repair, and service Caterpillar equipment
- Prepare necessary service reports for customers

Requirements:

- Minimum five to ten years working as a Technician
