As an IoT Network Monitoring Analyst, you will review system and device data for anomalies, incorrect configurations, and performance degradation. The role covers field devices including modems, gateways, repeaters, and sub-meters. You will coordinate responses, communicate resolutions, and help reduce service disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review trends, error patterns, metrics, and alerts
- Identify unresponsive devices and transmission problems
- Verify alarms involving offline status and signal loss
- Resolve technical problems reported by customers and teams
- Escalate unresolved or high-impact incidents appropriately

Requirements:

- Two years of network operations, utilities, or technical support experience
- Field Electrical, Communications, or IoT support experience preferred
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel for data analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks in service-oriented environments
