Women’s & Children’s Health needs a Registered Nurse with labour, delivery, and postpartum experience in Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

This temporary regular part time job-share serves an existing position from January 2027 to August 2027. It is open to employees of the ONA bargaining unit and may end earlier or be extended. The successful candidate requires current Ontario nursing competence, BCLS, and recent experience across perinatal and paediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver nursing care in Women & Children’s Health
- Manage care involving obstetrical triage
- Use labour and delivery nursing skills
- Support intrapartum and postpartum patient care
- Provide care in a Level II Nursery

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario competence certificate
- Three to five years’ perinatal experience within two years
- Current BCLS and recent Neonatal Resuscitation certification
- Recent Fetal Health Surveillance certification and IV certification
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and satisfactory attendance
