Reporting to the FP&A; Director, this senior analyst processes financial data and supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with Finance Business Partners, district directors, and operational and clinical leadership. Success requires communication skills, advanced Excel, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with operations on budgeting and forecasting
- Interpret financial results and support data-driven decisions
- Analyze staffing, capital expenditure, and operational initiatives
- Build relationships with business unit leaders




- Resolve field-related financial issues and improve processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Three to five years in operations finance or accounting
- CPA certification or near completion
- Advanced Excel and communication skills
- Large-scale enterprise reporting experience; Workday preferred
