Collaboration spans Operations, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Finance, and site leadership. Key Responsibilities:





Provide strategic oversight of workforce deployment Analyze scheduling trends and workforce data Align staffing resources with operational demands Address staffing challenges with operational leaders Ensure scheduling practices follow legislation and agreements Requirements:

Seven-plus years in workforce management or related operations Three-plus years leading managers, supervisors, or team leads Strong understanding of labour relations and employment legislation Strategic thinking and operational execution capability Solid reporting, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Use workforce planning, scheduling analysis, and labour relations knowledge to support consistent staffing outcomes at Sienna Senior Living.
