Responsibilities Supporting senior construction leadership by planning short‑term works, coordinating trade contractors and ensuring safety, wellbeing and quality across allocated areas. Managing lookahead planning, providing technical guidance and maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers and delivery teams. Driving continuous improvement, digital adoption and responsible business priorities. Collaborating across teams to meet programme goals and advance net‑zero ambitions. Managing exceptional safety, quality, sustainability and compliance standards, applying strong health and safety expertise. Building trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, supporting construction leadership to translate project vision into deliverable plans. Qualifications Working towards MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent career development. Experience delivering construction projects or programmes.



Strong construction management skills with developing commercial and financial acumen. Proven stakeholder engagement and understanding of sustainability and carbon considerations. Construction management – preferably Rail/Utilities/Bus/Highways. The estimated salary for this position is $125,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
