lifetime value and member economics.Strategic growth leader comfortable shaping enterprise strategy and optimizing growth systems.Experience leading organizations through transformation or modernization.Sophisticated understanding of digital marketing, analytics, personalization and martech ecosystems.Executive presence with ability to influence on Executive Team and Board.Collaborative leadership style with enterprise‑first mindset.Work Location & Setup Atlantic Canada; can be based out of Dartmouth NS, Saint John NB, Moncton NB, Charlottetown PE, St John’s NL, Fredericton NB.
