MacLean Engineering needs an Operations Supervisor skilled in workflow control and employee development. Direct manufacturing priorities while protecting workers and meeting production schedules.

This Production Supervisor oversees daily activities within a manufacturing setting supporting custom OEM work and underground mining equipment. The position allocates skills across competing priorities, reviews labor performance, and coordinates component availability with Materials. It also addresses quality standards, ISO initiatives, employee training, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate employee skills across conflicting production priorities
- Review labor variances and identify standard changes
- Coordinate component availability with the Materials department




- Address non-conformances and track completed rework
- Coach employees and deliver performance improvement plans

Requirements:

- Five or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience with fabrication, machining, or welding processes
- Custom OEM environment experience preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment understanding
