As a Finishing Operative, you will deliver the required finish across plastic components. The three-month temporary contract may extend, and offers eight-hour or twelve-hour shifts subject to availability. Transferable manufacturing or production experience is encouraged, alongside automotive backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Polish, sand and buff components to required standards
- Check surfaces for scratches, marks and imperfections
- Operate sanders, polishers and relevant finishing equipment
- Carry out visual checks against product specifications
- Keep the work area clean and organised

Requirements:

- Previous hands-on finishing or surface preparation experience
- Experience using sanders, polishers or buffing machines
- Ability to identify imperfections through visual inspection
- Valuable manual dexterity and practical working approach
- Automotive manufacturing experience is desirable
