Guest Services Agents serve Vacation Rental Properties guests by phone, email, and on site. This position includes creating reservations in WebRezPro, processing stay payments, and checking in arrivals. You will provide information about area attractions, activities, and amenities while maintaining the Vacations Office and responding to emergencies according to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and check in guests upon arrival
- Respond to questions about the area and amenities
- Address guest concerns in a timely, appropriate manner
- Respond to in office emergencies using company procedures
- Assist Housekeeping when the need arises

Requirements:

- Make reservations by phone or email
- Operate WebRezPro for vacation rental reservations
- Process payments for guest stays
- Keep the Vacations Office neat and tidy
- Complete end-of-shift reconciliation

Deliver informed guest service through welcoming arrivals, local guidance, payment handling, and WebRezPro reservation support.
