As Administrative Assistant, you will support facilities and people-related processes for The Biologics Manufacturing Center. Your work will span corporate documents, digital information, meetings, events, supplies, shared inboxes, public calendars, and physical records. You will also assist Commercial Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and translate letters, presentations, and communications
- Publish information across internal and external platforms
- Prepare rooms, registrations, access, and event materials
- Maintain supplies, kitchens, meeting rooms, and inventory
- Manage inboxes, calendars, mail, equipment guidance, and archives

Requirements:

- Three or more years in administrative support
- Advanced proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Quickly learn current and emerging technologies
- Advanced French and English, spoken and written
