Support employer hiring through WoodGreen’s Integrated Employment Services program in Toronto. Use workforce development knowledge and employer engagement skills onsite, Monday to Friday.

This Business Development Representative connects employer needs with candidate preparation, hiring events, and employment outcomes. You will work with SMB and mid-market employers across sectors including healthcare, construction, retail, and logistics. Enterprise outreach includes discovery, qualification, and handoff to Account Management. Collaboration with Employment Consultants, Career Success Coaches, the Campaign Manager, and the BIA Coordinator supports a coordinated employer-to-hire process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery conversations about workforce needs and hiring expectations
- Obtain job descriptions and position requirements for candidate matching




- Source candidates and coordinate hiring events with internal teams
- Prepare clients through resume tailoring and interview coaching
- Support employer follow-up and early-stage client retention

Requirements:

- Two to three years of outbound B2B or business development experience
- Experience in workforce solutions, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or related fields
- Ability to identify and engage employer accounts across sectors
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to inclusive outreach, equity, diversity, and community impact
