The Scheduler coordinates health care services delivered in the community using several computerized applications. This work includes preparing and adjusting schedules, applying collective agreements, and providing direction to staff. Patient and staff safety remains a shared responsibility throughout the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate community healthcare service schedules
- Prepare schedules based on referrals and care plans
- Adjust schedules in accordance with collective agreements
- Use computerized applications and related equipment
- Provide direction to staff as required

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education and Office Administration Certificate
- Recent related experience of two years
- Keyboarding ability of 50 words per minute
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work within multiple deadlines
