Maintain HVAC and BAS systems at Oakridge Park while supporting building operations, tenant requests, and emergency response requirements. Rotational on-call work may apply.

This intermediate-level Mechanical Technician reports to the Mechanical Operations Manager or General Manager. The position supports mechanical and electrical maintenance across HVAC, building automation, plumbing, electrical, and climate control systems. Environmental assessments, accurate records, and technical reporting are also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain HVAC and building automation systems
- Support contractors during mechanical and electrical repairs
- Conduct environmental assessments and prepare reports
- Manage waste, recycling,



and hazardous materials processes
- Support inspections, remedial actions, and risk reporting

Requirements:

- Relevant building automation or controls certificate
- Maintenance experience in office, retail, or residential facilities
- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer certificate
- Solid administrative, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to respond during after-hours emergencies
