Trillium Community and Retirement Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for its Long Term Care team. You will understand residents’ experiences, build relationships with residents and families, and support daily health and well-being. The work includes resident care, comfort, and meaningful participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
• Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
• Administer prescribed medication after required training and supervision
• Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Personal Support Worker program
