Lead front desk service at Elk + Avenue Hotel in Banff, using guest relations and team leadership to support daily operations.

As Front Desk Supervisor, you will welcome guests, monitor check-ins and groups, and provide concierge service. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food and Beverage departments. The position also includes administrative accuracy, guest activity sales, complaint resolution, emergency preparedness, and Front Office training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor check-ins and groups while supporting hotel guests
• Coordinate guest activities, sales, handling, and charging
• Resolve complaints and take corrective action

Requirements:

• Two to five years’ experience in a major hotel
• One year of supervisory experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and computational ability
• Knowledge of hotel accounting programs such as Room Master
