Serve customers and process donations as a part time Store Associate with The Salvation Army Thrift Store. Work weekdays and/or Saturdays as scheduled.

This permanent part time position supports retail operations through customer service, cash handling, donation processing, and merchandise replenishment. You will report to the Store Manager while working with volunteers, staff, guests, and vendors. The work includes sorting, pricing, displaying, and storing donated goods while supporting store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and donors with positive, courteous service
- Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
- Sort, price, process, and store donations
- Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive displays




- Follow opening, closing, security, and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school coursework
- A few months of customer service or goods processing experience
- Required cash handling and cash register experience
- Attention to detail and positive oral communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 29 pounds frequently
