Customer retention and telephone sales define this Inside Sales Representative position with Waste Connections of Canada, working in-office five days weekly.

This representative supports customers and drives sales growth through inbound inquiries, service information, order processing, and proactive outreach. The position requires relationship building, issue resolution, sales opportunity identification, and collaboration with sales, operations, and administrative staff.



Independent work is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain customers through proactive telephone sales and service
• Defend service agreements and address customer concerns promptly
• Source new business within an existing book of business
• Record gathered intelligence in ARES and Trux systems
• Support campaigns, promotions, and new service launches
