This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite in Calgary, AB, 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, employee engagement, quality, productivity, and teamwork. You will act as a key advisor to leaders and employees, delivering strategic guidance and hands-on HR support aligned with the organization's business transformation strategy.Other responsibilities will include:-Supporting 200+ employees with a madidate that business will grow exponentially (100 people to still be hired this year)-Working side by side directors and TA's to build growth/hiring strategy-Deal with "blue collar" on the day escalation example: drug policies etc.-Attendance management and challenging PPE-Most importantly building/fostering relationships to create changes throughout the organization over time.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE-5+ years of HRBP background, ideally in a few different industries such as,
