As a Financial Analyst, you will ensure accounting information is accurate, timely, and complete. You will analyze variances, reconcile payments, and support financial reporting. The position reports to the Manager of Accounting and includes corporate accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze accrual and payment variances periodically
- Reconcile program payments and assist with reporting results
- Review inventory counts and ensure accurate valuation
- Support period-end and quarter-end close activities
- Maintain controls and improve accounting processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Commerce with finance or accounting specialization
- Three or more years of accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Experience with sales margin and analysis
- Solid organization and communication skills
