You will optimize HubSpot processes and integrations, including Mortgage Automator, while supporting sales representatives and senior management. The position reports directly to Hosper Mortgage’s CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build email campaigns, automations, workflows, and sequences
- Optimize HubSpot processes, integrations, and lead management
- Monitor marketing leads and conversion activity
- Support paid digital advertising and SEO initiatives
- Liaise with marketing and technology partners

Requirements:

- Three or more years of marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot automation and segmentation
- Experience managing marketing and CRM integrations
- Mortgage Automator experience is an asset
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and website development
