This role is critical in driving operational excellence and transforming the organization into a world‑class lean manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in evolving company culture, optimizing production processes, and improving overall efficiency and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives to elevate the production facility to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency.Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles, including:Takt time management5S methodologyKaizen eventsHeijunka (production leveling) systemsVisual management practicesProvide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and performance management for production team members.Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to resolve production challenges.Drive cost reduction initiatives through lean improvements and strategic outsourcing.Improve production output and efficiency (e.G.,
