This Labourer position supports site preparation, surface preparation, material movement, cleanup, and waste disposal. You will communicate with team members, lead hands, and foremen to complete tasks safely and efficiently. The work requires heavy lifting, extended standing, repetitive physical tasks, accurate instruction following, and consistent use of PPE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare construction sites for tradespeople and project work
- Complete basic demolition, drilling, and surface preparation




- Transport materials to designated work areas
- Maintain organized areas through sweeping and debris removal
- Communicate task progress with lead hands and foremen

Requirements:

- Preferred construction or labour-intensive experience of one to two years
- Capacity for heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Solid work ethic and precise instruction following
- Good vision and ability to work at heights
- Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
