St. Joseph’s Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to contribute to our Integrated Comprehensive Care Program in a community-based setting. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation to help clients regain independence, working closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and secure care delivery in clients’ homes, with supervision of OTA/PTA staff and ongoing professional development.
