# CooksFull Time## Job DescriptionYJ ENTERPRISES & RESTAURANT Inc o/a Haru K-BBQ is looking for a Cook (permanent / full time position).- Job title: Cook (NOC 63200)- Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position- Location: 51 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, C1A 1K8- Start date: As soon as possibleKey Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee the kitchen operations- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience- Supervise and coordinate work activities and schedules of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, which include sauces, vegetables, meats, and/or fishes- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance- May plan menus and determine food portions- Place purchase orders and/or requisitions for procuring necessary, food ingredients, supplies, etc.- Maintain inventory and records of food ingredients, supplies and equipment- Estimate expected food consumption and requirement- Check the quality of raw and cooked products- Check the quantity and quality of received products- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment- Inspect kitchen and food service areas- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas- Train kitchen staff in preparation,
