Apply Xactimate expertise and property appraisal skills as a full-time National Property Specialist serving the GTA, Ontario. Conduct inspections and valuations across varied properties.

Reporting to the National Director of ParioQuantify™, this position provides Pario services and products to current and existing customers. Work includes liability, actual cash value, catastrophe, Insurance Act, and insurance-to-value appraisals. The role requires restoration knowledge, building-code understanding, and basic electrical and plumbing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete replacement-cost and actual-cash-value property valuations
- Prepare specifications, scopes, bid sheets, and general conditions
- Inspect damage types, causes, and repair requirements




- Complete audits and reviews against RMS quality standards
- Promote rmsQuantify™ services to ClaimsPro adjusters

Requirements:

- Construction, building science, or related technology diploma
- Three to five years estimating and project management experience
- Working knowledge of Xactimate Claims Software
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and extensive travel availability
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and investigate damaged properties
