Work afternoons as a full-time Machine Operator at Forma Steel's Fort Macleod facility, supporting safe and productive steel production.

The Monday-through-Thursday shift runs from 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the Trim Area. You will operate manufacturing equipment and guide steel through processing. The work includes equipment startup, cleaning, shutdown, product movement, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment in the Trim Area
- Guide steel through processing operations
- Follow health and safety practices and requirements
- Move products throughout assembly and production
- Complete assigned work from supervisors or lead hands

Requirements:

- Production equipment operating ability or experience
- Ability to read production drawings
- Basic math skills and English communication ability
- Team mentality and ability to work with others
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand
