Lead TJX Companies’ global Identity Governance and Administration strategy from the Marlborough, Massachusetts Home Office. Shape enterprise access controls, roadmaps, and modernization. As Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity, you will oversee the enterprise IGA program and participate in Global IT and IT Security Leadership Teams. You will lead teams spanning architecture, engineering, operations, analysis, and application onboarding. The function covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, entitlement management, role management, and application integration. Your leadership will strengthen identity controls, simplify access processes, improve audit readiness, and support appropriate access throughout the identity lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

Define enterprise IGA strategy, target state, roadmap, and operating model Lead joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, and certification processes Establish entitlement, role,



exception, and segregation-of-duties standards Direct application intake, integration, testing, and production readiness Improve automation, analytics, self-service, and onboarding cycle times Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience and five years’ senior leadership Global IGA leadership or large-scale identity transformation experience Enterprise platform strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations experience Robust understanding of least privilege, Zero Trust, and access risk Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Apply cybersecurity leadership, identity lifecycle expertise, and access governance experience to TJX’s global enterprise program.
